A new kind of personal AI

The AI that becomes the brain of your computer.

Nautilus is a personal AI operating system. It remembers, it learns from its own work, and it runs the way you do. Not another chatbot that forgets you between sessions. A mind for your machine, built to amplify what you can do, not automate you away.

Why now

The model stopped being the moat.

Everyone has access to the same frontier models. The differentiation has moved somewhere else entirely: the memory system you build around the model. A wave of research on self-improving memory for agents landed in just the last few weeks. An AI that forgets is an assistant. An AI that remembers, and gets better at your work every day, becomes something else - a second mind that compounds. That is what we are building.

What Nautilus is

A mind for your machine.

Three things make it different from the chat window you know.

It remembers

Persistent, structured memory of your projects, decisions, people, and work. It does not start from zero every morning.

It improves itself

It logs what it did, what worked, and what you corrected, then distills those into lessons it applies next time.

It is yours

Personal to you, living on your machine, shaped to how you actually work. Not a generic assistant for everyone.

Who is building it

Prex Studio.

Anurag Kumar, Founder of Prex Studio

Nautilus is built by Prex Studio, founded by Anurag Kumar - an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Bangalore with 15+ years of applied AI practice, who has helped 5,000+ professionals adopt generative AI for real work. Nautilus is not a slide. It is running live, every day, evolving on a real system - tested by use, not by demo.

Questions

How it works.

Who is this for?

Serious builders, thought leaders, entrepreneurs and knowledge workers - anyone with a lot to manage and think about who wants real leverage from AI without becoming a programmer. The deeper takeaway is a skill that outlasts any single tool: learning to actually build and manage AI agents, which is fast becoming one of the most valuable things you can know.

Do I need to be technical or know how to code?

No. This is the most important thing to understand: Nautilus is a life skill, not a technical one. You never write code, run servers, or learn programming. You direct it in plain language, the way you would brief a sharp assistant. If you can describe what you want, you can use it.

Is this an automation tool?

No. This is Personal AI, not an automation tool. Automation runs fixed tasks you script in advance. Personal AI thinks alongside you - it holds your context, remembers, reasons and adapts. It does not just do chores faster; it amplifies how you think, decide and create, and it grows with you.

What can I actually do with it?

It becomes the operating system for your life and work. A few of the things people run on it:

  • Life OS: tasks, habits, routines, health
  • A second brain for everything you know
  • Knowledge management that stays organised
  • Build software without coding
  • Presentations and documents
  • Deep research on any topic
  • Draft content, posts and writing
  • Plan and run projects
  • Scheduled, automated agents
  • Journaling, reflection and decisions
What does "self-evolving" mean?

Once it is set up, Nautilus grows around how you use it. It remembers your work, logs what it did, and files its own tickets to improve itself. The more you use it, the more it shapes itself to your life and work. You are not buying a frozen tool; you are starting a system that compounds.

How do I get it? Two ways in.

1. Barter (unpaid internship). Best for students and young professionals: contribute your time and skills to help build the system, and get access plus deep hands-on learning in return. Learning to build and manage AI agents is fast becoming the key skill expected of you - this is how you get it.

2. Year-long membership - ₹30,000. You get your own Nautilus, learn to set it up and use it, plus 5 hours of setup-and-walkthrough recordings to get started, twice-monthly office hours for a full year, and membership in the build community to help you grow it. Best if you want guided support and your time is limited.

What's included in the ₹30k membership?

Your own Nautilus, set up with you, not handed over cold. 5 hours of setup-and-walkthrough recordings to get you started. Twice-monthly office hours (two live sessions a month) for a full year. Membership in the community building and evolving the system together. And ongoing guidance to actually use it and make it yours - the goal is that by the end you can drive and grow it on your own.

What do I need to run it?

A computer and an AI subscription. We recommend Claude Max, though Claude Pro is good enough. You can also use other subscriptions you may already have: OpenAI Pro (for Codex), GitHub Copilot Pro or Pro+, or Google AI Pro. Nautilus runs on your own machine, which means your data stays yours - private, local, and under your control.
